3 Supplements for a Healthier Life

According to Dr. Bryan Ardis there are three supplements that every person needs to take in order to protect themselves from illness. In order to understand how they work we must first understand how diseases begin. Basically, all diseases start with a process called oxidative stress.

What is oxidative stress?

Almost all of the oxygen we breathe in is used by our cells for energy production. Approximately 2% does not get used but instead splits into single atoms. These molecules, called free radicals, are unbalanced as they contain an uneven number of electrons which makes them very reactive to other molecules. The reaction that occurs is called oxidation and it is essential for the proper functioning of our bodies.

When are free-radicals harmful?

Antioxidants are stable molecules which neutralize free radicals by lending them an electron while remaining stable themselves. Free radicals are harmful when there are too many of them and not enough antioxidants. This leads to oxidative stress which can damage cells, DNA, proteins and fatty tissues in the body.

Oxidative stress is one of the main causes of aging. Over time, the damage caused can lead to many conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, dementia and Parkinson’s disease.

Sources of free radicals

The main sources of free radicals include:

  • unhealthy diet
  • pesticides
  • tobacco smoke
  • cleaning products
  • industrial chemicals
  • pollution
  • heavy metals
  • radiation (including UV light)

It is impossible to completely avoid free radicals and the oxidative stress they cause, but we can do some things to minimise the damage.

Three Supplements everyone must take to prevent illness

As we said earlier, every single disease begins with a single cell being damaged by oxidative stress. This means that the cell is injured and calcium floods in to the cell. This allows the pathogen (e.g. virus or bacteria) or toxin (including pharmaceuticals) to get in to the cell and cause harm.

There are three supplements which protect the outside of every cell in every tissue of your body. They prevent oxidative stress from occurring and so prevent disease. These three supplements are dose specific, i.e., specific doses must be taken in order to ensure that every cell in your body is protected.

The three supplements are:

Vitamin C

At least 10,000mg of Vitamin C must be taken every day for the rest of your life.

Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin which has several health benefits, including:

  • Boosts the immune system and so helps fight colds and flu. It is necessary for the proper functioning of the immune system as it is involved in the production of white blood cells (lymphocytes and phagocytes) which help protect the body against infection.
  • Prevents chronic diseases as it is a powerful antioxidant which neutralises harmful free radicals, thus reducing oxidative stress. It therefore reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, arthritis and dementia.

What is the safe dose of vitamin C?

Vitamin C is essentially non-toxic as it is water soluble and so excess quantities are excreted in the urine. As a result, there is no known toxic dose or levels of vitamin C. In fact, 35,000mg was used intravenously in hospitals in China to cure patients of covid.

80% of your immune system lines your intestines; and so when you consume vitamin C the immune system in your gut absorbs what it needs to protect the rest of the tissues of the body. The immune system is brilliant because it knows what is going on everywhere else in your body. It will absorb as much vitamin C as it needs and the excess will be excreted.

Bowel intolerance is common and so it is recommended to start on 5000mg a day. After a week increase the dose by 1,000 mg. If you get loose stools on 6,000mg reduce the dose back down to 5,000mg for another week. The following week go back up to 6,000mg. If you do not get bowel intolerance or loose stools, increase the dose by another 1,000mg after a week or two. Continue increasing like this until you reach 10,000mg a day, or your maximum bowel tolerance if you are a smaller person. Stay on this dose for the rest of your life as long as it’s not creating loose stools.

This is a high dose of vitamin C which is difficult to get from tablets. Therefore, use vitamin C powder, also known as ascorbic acid.

Magnesium

At least 500mg of magnesium must be taken every day for the rest of your life.

Magnesium is a trace mineral which is found in every cell of the human body. It helps the body break down food, create new proteins from amino acids, repair DNA and RNA, and regulate the activity of neurotransmitters in the brain. It is also essential for muscle contraction and relaxation, and is required for the proper functioning of the nervous system and immune system.

Magnesium is very important for the proper functioning of the immune system. It energises the white blood cells and increases their ability to seek out and destroy germs. Low magnesium levels can lead to a reduction in the number of T cells, increased plasma concentration of inflammatory cytokines, and endothelial dysfunction. Magnesium deficiency can lead to a cytokine storm, during which the body attacks its own cells and tissues instead of fighting off infection. This creates inflammation, cell and tissue damage, narrowed blood vessels, and blood clots.

Every single disease, including those coming from the spike protein, and every single disease process in humans is contributed to magnesium deficiency. Therefore, in order to protect yourself from bacterial, viral and parasitic infections, or poisoning from drugs and alcohol, you need at least 500mg of magnesium a day. There is nothing more researched than magnesium chloride to fight and to protect against viruses. I personally use magnesium citrate which is the most common form you can find, but there are several other forms, such as magnesium l-threonate.

Magnesium deficiency is the number one cause for kidney stones, gall stones, insomnia and heart disease. If you are not taking 500-1000mg magnesium every day you will develop one of these diseases

Selenium

At least 200mcg of selenium must be taken every day for the rest of your life.

Selenium is an essential trace mineral which has several health benefits. It is a powerful antioxidant and has strong anti-inflammatory properties for improved immune function. When selenium is used for producing glutathione peroxidase, it has antioxidant properties and serves as a first line of defence against free radical build-up in the cells. Selenium also has the potential to influence the immune response via selenoproteins (selenium-containing proteins), which can help regulate excess immune responses and chronic inflammation.

Selenium is brilliant and only a very small dose of 200mcg daily is sufficient. White blood cells are made by the bone marrow. Selenium tells your bone marrow to produce more white blood cells and to release them in to the blood to fight infections, such as viruses (including coronaviruses, bacteria, parasites, etc). Selenium therefore makes your body produce more white blood cells to protect you against all infections. Selenium is easily found in food, especially nuts, such as Brazil nuts.

Selenium tells the bone marrow to produce white blood cells and to release them in to the blood. The white blood cells circulate in the blood and then your thymus gland, which sits behind your sternum, tells the white blood cells to differentiate into cancer-killing cells, viral killing sells and bacterial killing cells. These are called T lymphocytes (the T stands for thymus).

Selenium also does something else to prevent disease. The liver’s job is to detox the body by removing toxins. It also produces a disease preventing enzyme called glutathione. Selenium must be present in your liver in order for it to make glutathione. 200mcg of selenium tells the liver to produce more glutathione which coats the outside of all the cells in your body and which protects them from spike proteins, viruses, bacteria and other poisons, such as drugs and alcohol.

Selenium is miraculous

In the 1990s the university of Georgia did a study on 200,000 HIV patients. HIV leads to AIDS which is deadly. They showed that the HIV virus attaches to the outside of the cells and makes them spit out selenium before it can get in to the cell and infect it. Every HIV patient was supplemented with 200mcg of selenium every day and over a 20 year period none of them developed AIDS.

Selenium is truly miraculous.

We can protect ourselves with these 3 supplements

The greatest thing that God created was the human body and inside he put an immune system to protect it from all injuries and diseases. Your body has the ability to use its own immune system to protect every tissue in your body if you give it the correct ammunition: vitamin C, magnesium and selenium. Taking these three supplements will protect both the vaccinated and unvaccinated from the transmission of the spike protein.
