- Focus on your breathing and let the music help you to relax. Take five to ten slow deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth, while focusing your attention on the feeling of your breath moving in and out. You will gradually begin to feel yourself relaxing.

- Visualize a sphere of light surrounding your entire body. This light can be any colour which comes to your mind, and makes you feel safe and peaceful. This light begins to glow more and more brightly and, as it does so, visualize yourself gradually rising up into the sky.
- Allow yourself to float through the clouds and out into space at whatever pace suits you. This may only take a few seconds, or sometimes it may take many minutes. Keep rising until you can see all of planet earth below you.
- Look at the planet and enjoy the feeling of calmness and freedom. You can enjoy this feeling of calmness and quiet for as long as you desire
- You can now journey deeper into this cosmic meditation. You are surrounded by an infinite number of celestial bodies. Stars and planets stretch out before you in all directions for millions of light years. You have the freedom to go to any place in the universe that calls to you.
- You can spend your meditation enjoying the feeling of being surrounded by light while you look down on the planet below, or you can choose to move around the universe. Let your imagination guide you and follow your intuition. Infinity lies before you. You will feel the calming sensation of light and you will be able to move anywhere in the universe, including space and time.
- Visualizing yourself traveling through the universe can be a powerful experience and will allow you to realize the nature of your true self. Once you can visualize your self-realization, you will begin to meditate. You will find that this technique is extremely effective. Moreover, it will give you a sense of inner peace and harmony.
- This state can last as long as you desire. When you are ready to return to your physical realm, you can bring your awareness back to your breathing. Take five to ten slow deep breaths, and try moving your toes and fingers. You should then slowly come back to the world around you. Your mind will take some time to adjust.
- Before you get up, take a few minutes to lie down and rest.
